I love reading science fiction and fantasy almost as much as I love writing it. In 2006 and 2007, I attended the Alpha SF/F/H Workshop for Young Writers, and in 2011, my short story “Perchance to Dream” won an honorable mention in the Dell Magazines Award. My YA science fiction novel, To Disturb the Universe, is currently being represented by Ammi-Joan Paquette of the Erin Murphy Literary Agency.
By day, I’m a research associate at a health care consulting firm. In May 2011, I graduated from Vanderbilt University, where I majored in economics. My senior honors thesis was on government policy in Botswana and its effects on some aspects of economic performance there.
